Synopsis

For its second line of business, with the help of its affiliate business in Vietnam, the U.S. company will procure car parts from their worldwide suppliers and engage in the wholesale and retail of these accessories in the United States.The applicant is the founder of the affiliate Vietnamese business which has been operating in the Automotive Distribution and Technical Consulting Industry in Vietnam for more than 10 years. The new office in the U.S. will rely on the support of its affiliate company and leverage the worldwide business partnerships and connects that the Vietnamese affiliate has developed over a decade.
The applicant's L-1 new office petition was approved by the USCIS and he has been issued an L-1 visa by the HCMC consulate to undertake his responsibilities as the CEO of his startup up in the United States.
