Synopsis
The U.S. petitioning company will operate as a distributor of high-quality Vietnamese rice which will include a wide variety that the company will import from its affiliated business in Vietnam. To name a few: Jasmine rice, Japonica rice and Lady Hoa fragrant rice, among others.The imported rice will be sold in major U.S. supermarkets as well as to other domestic businesses, and the production phases will be carried out in Vietnam. Farmers will work in the rice fields in Vietnam and supply the company with the largest possible amounts of rice and, as such, cater to heightened demand for rice among consumers globally.
Upon his transfer, the L1 beneficiary-entrepreneur and founder the related Vietnamese entity, will be at the helm of the U.S. start-up as their CEO. He has been granted a period of one year to set up the U.S. business and build a team that will support him in the new role.
