Synopsis
D&A has been assisting an India-based engineering solutions company in obtaining L-1B visas for multiple employees, to enable them to work in the U.S. to lend their expertise relating to chip manufacturing processes. We have had another L-1B petition approval to add to our list. In this case, the employee-applicant is an equipment engineer who specializes in dry etching and other sophisticated and highly technical chip manufacturing processes. Explaining the complexities of an employee's tasks in a simplified manner as well as demonstrating their specialized skills through necessary documents and materials can be quite challenging, and is most often, the most difficult hurdle.
