Known for his in-depth knowledge of local, state and federal real estate law, and considerable experience in complex due diligence and an extensive transactional background in the field of real estate, Mr. Viren Miskita has been a practicing Advocate and Solicitor of the Bombay High Court for over 27 years and has attended, in the course of his practice, to substantial transactions in Mumbai and in other parts of India. He has played a role in some of the largest real estate transactions in India, including commercial and residential real estate sales, and leases, urban and rural property acquisitions and developments of special economic zones, townships and IT parks.
Viren has been ranked in Band I of real estate lawyers in India by Chambers & Partners, UK, in the Chambers’ Asia Guides for the past several years. Viren has spoken at seminars and conferences including at the Indian National Bar Association’s 70th Constitution Day.
