Nguyen Luu holds vast experience in immigration litigation and family immigration law, admitted to practice in the State Bar of California, Executive Office for Immigration Review, State Department, Department of Homeland Security, United States District Court Northern District of California, United States District Court of Colorado, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In his previous capacity, Nguyen served as President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC) during 2016 and currently serves on the advisory board of VABANC. At Davies & Associates, Nguyen will give assistance to Ho Chi Minh City team to seamlessly represent the needs of Vietnamese and other clients in the US West Coast.
