How We Work With Chandigarh Clients
Because we do not have a Chandigarh office, our work with Tricity clients is conducted by video conference, email, and document exchange. Is the L-1 the right visa for me, or should I consider something else?
The L-1 fits intracompany transfers where there is a qualifying foreign business and a related U.S. entity (or one to be established under the new office route). It is not always the right tool. Individuals with strong portfolios may prefer the O-1 visa; founders willing to invest capital may prefer EB-5 or an E-2 route via Grenada or Turkey.
