Synopsis
We initially obtained an approval of the new office L-1A petition for a Chief Executive Officer of a software development company from India. Since the one year period is about to lapse and there is a continued need for the beneficiary to be in the U.S., we worked with our client to request for an additional period of two years for the beneficiary. It should be noted that an approval the new office petition does not guarantee the approval of the extension petition.
