Synopsis

company, render the beneficiary’s presence in the U.S. Subsidiary necessary. After an initial period of one
year, the U.S. company filed a petition to allow the beneficiary to work in the U.S. for an additional
period of two years.
The beneficiary's spouse and his children below 21 years old are able to stay in the U.S. with him for the
duration of approved petition. The spouse is eligible to work i without having to apply for an Employment
Authorization Document and the children are able to study in the U.S.
