What is an L-1 Visa?

An L-1 visa in an intercompany transfer visa. An L-1 visa allows an employee of a foreign business to transfer to a related business in the United States.

There are three kinds of L visas:

  2. L1B Visas for Specialist Workers
  3. L-2 Visas for the Dependents of L1A and L-1B workers
