Synopsis
Our client initially came to us with a Request for Evidence. USCIS cited errors and inconsistencies in the initial petition prepared by another attorney. The client decided to terminate the relationship with her prior attorney and retained us to respond to the Request for Evidence. It was a massive RFE and addressing the cited errors and inconsistencies was a challenge. We succeeded in getting the initial petition approved and our client was given an initial period of three (3) years. Since our client's presence is still required in the U.S. to further expand operations of the U.S. company, we filed an extension petition requesting for an additional period of two years. The petition was approved in less than 15 business days without a Request for Evidence.
