Synopsis
Our client from the U.K. set up a medical staffing in Florida in October 2023 to provide temporary staffing services, including the recruiting, screening, and hiring of quality talent focusing on the healthcare sectors, with the primary focus on hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, and home care services. Medical institutions utilize the Company’s solutions in filling various healthcare positions, such as nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical coding specialists.
Since the Company is a start up and the nature of the business does not require a lot of actual business expenditures to get it fully operational, we set up an escrow account for our client to irrevocably commit his funds to his E-2 Company.
Our client, his spouse and children below 21 were all given E-2 visas valid for 5 years. His spouse is eligible to work for any U.S. employer and his children are able to study in the U.S.
