Synopsis
In 2019, we successfully assisted our client from Canada in obtaining her E-2 Treaty Investor visa with a validity period of 5 years. In the process, we assisted her in incorporating the company, drafting all required documents, documenting the source of funds, crafting the business plan and preparing all the required forms and documents. She set up and invested in a boutique management consultancy firm dedicated to client organizations in health care, energy, consumer services, manufacturing, government, and non-profit sectors.
Since entering the U.S. on her E-2 visa, our client has led the Company to achieve significant income and hire employees and contractors. Since its incorporation, her Company has been contributing positive economic benefits by creating employment with competitive salaries and benefits that did not exist before. Aside from employment employment of US citizens and permanent residents, the Company also has business relationships with multiple vendors of goods and services. And of course, the Company has been paying taxes to the U.S. government.
With the renewal of her E-2 visa, our client will be able to further lead her company to greater heights and the success of her Company will ultimately benefit the U.S.
