Il visto immigratorio EB-5, noto anche come programma EB-5, è spesso cercato come
visto investitori USA o EB5 Investitori perché consente di ottenere una
Green Card tramite investimento, ovvero un vero e proprio investimento per Green Card USA.
Il visto EB-5 è un programma di immigrazione degli Stati Uniti che consente agli investitori stranieri di ottenere la
residenza permanente (Green Card) attraverso un investimento qualificato nell’economia americana.
Creato dal Congresso degli Stati Uniti nel 1990, il programma EB-5 nasce con l’obiettivo di attrarre capitali esteri,
sostenere lo sviluppo economico e favorire la creazione di nuova occupazione sul territorio statunitense.
Nel corso degli anni, il visto EB-5 si è affermato come uno degli strumenti più rilevanti per gli investitori internazionali
interessati a stabilirsi legalmente negli USA.
Con il programma EB-5, l’investimento minimo richiesto è pari a $800.000 quando il capitale viene destinato a progetti
situati in Targeted Employment Areas (TEA), ovvero aree caratterizzate da elevata disoccupazione o localizzate in zone rurali.
In assenza di tali requisiti territoriali, l’importo dell’investimento è più elevato.
È importante sottolineare che l’investimento deve essere reale, a rischio e finalizzato a un’attività economica produttiva,
secondo i criteri stabiliti dalle autorità di immigrazione statunitensi.
Questo visto rappresenta uno dei percorsi più diretti ed efficaci per ottenere la Green Card USA,
in quanto non richiede una sponsorizzazione da parte di un datore di lavoro statunitense
né l’esistenza di un legame familiare con cittadini o residenti americani.
Inoltre, il programma EB-5 non prevede requisiti di lingua inglese, titoli di studio o esperienza professionale specifica,
rendendolo particolarmente interessante per imprenditori, investitori e famiglie che desiderano trasferirsi negli Stati Uniti.
Una volta ottenuta la residenza permanente, l’investitore e i familiari idonei possono
vivere, lavorare, studiare o andare in pensione liberamente negli Stati Uniti,
beneficiando degli stessi diritti fondamentali dei residenti permanenti.
I figli possono accedere al sistema educativo statunitense, incluse scuole pubbliche e università,
mentre l’intera famiglia può pianificare il proprio futuro negli USA con maggiore stabilità e sicurezza.
Affinché l’investimento sia considerato idoneo ai fini del programma EB-5,
il capitale investito deve contribuire alla creazione di almeno
10 posti di lavoro a tempo pieno per lavoratori statunitensi qualificati.
Nei progetti strutturati tramite Centri Regionali EB-5, è possibile includere anche posti di lavoro
indiretti e indotti, calcolati sulla base di modelli economici riconosciuti,
offrendo maggiore flessibilità nella dimostrazione dell’impatto occupazionale.
