Lemuel Lim is a U.S.-qualified attorney with extensive experience advising individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters. He brings a unique combination of immigration practice experience and senior in-house legal leadership across technology, finance, and international business.
Lemuel’s immigration practice focuses on family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status processes, as well as nonimmigrant visa categories such as E-1 Treaty Trader visas, E-2 Treaty Investor visas, L-1 intracompany transferee visas, and National Interest Waivers (NIWs) for professionals with advanced degrees and exceptional ability.
Prior to joining the firm, Lemuel practiced as Of Counsel at a Washington State law firm, where he advised individual and corporate clients on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, working closely with entrepreneurs, multinational businesses, and professionals seeking to live and work in the United States.
In addition to his immigration practice, Lemuel has held senior legal leadership roles as Head of Legal and General Counsel in fast-growing technology and international businesses.
