Recently, D&A has been able to assist a Singapore-based wealth management company in obtaining U.S. visas for four of their critical employees to be able to work for their newly incorporated U.S. company, which has been incorporated to provide their existing international business clients with direct market access to US -listed securities. In a span of several months, we have successfully assisted our client in obtaining visas (two E-2 visas and two L-1A visas) for their Chief Executive Officer, Principal Operations Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Principal Financial Officer.
