Synopsis
The L-1A Manager was transferred from a Canadian company that supplies construction and landscape materials; bulk material, natural stone, and concrete materials, as well as tools and equipment. It also offers bin truck services for material removal and delivery. The inventory includes
natural stone countertops, large armor stone boulders, weathered stone, flagstone, stone steps, copings, pillar caps, a large variety of masonry products, Permacon products, high-quality aggregates for landscaping such as brick sand, coarse sand, river rock, a wide range of mulches, topsoil, fertilizers, grass seed, polished black pebble, and additional garden supplies. It primarily services landscape contractors, custom home builders, and local homeowners in Southern, Ontario.
The L-1A Manager was initially transferred for one year to the U.S. company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Canadian company. The U.S. company is also a provider of premium-quality landscaping and construction materials and equipment.
With the approval of the extension of petition, the L-1A Manager gets another two years of authorized stay in the U.S. to manage the U.S. subsidiary. He is in the U.S. with his wife and children on L-2 status.
