Synopsis
Our client owns a company in the UK which has been manufacturing, selling and installing high-performance exhaust systems for luxury supercars. In order to take advantage of the huge market for their products in the U.S., he has decided to set up a company in the State of Florida. We guided our client in making sure that their investments in the U.S. company will qualify him to apply for E-2 Treaty Investor visa. Our client's total investment in his E-2 company is a little over $117,000.
Our client will receive a 5-year visa, which will allow him to come in and out of the U.S. and stay in the U.S. for a full period of two years for every entry. Our client's spouse will also come to the U.S. on an E-2 derivative visa, which makes her eligible for employment as well.
