The company offers interior and exterior home maintenance and minor repairs such as painting, installing wallpaper, pressure-washing, polishing, clean-ups, and minor repairs on clients’ appliances, electronics, and plumbing, as well as yard and lawn maintenance services.
Our client's U.S. citizen mother gifted him the funds to invest from her savings over the years from her employment income. We advised our clients on the business expenses that he had to make and we also set up an escrow account for him where he transferred the unspent funds. The escrow account minimized the risk on his part as an investor and ensured that he meets the requirement for his investment to be irrevocable.
