Simon Nguyen holds Bachelor’s Degree in Law with
International Trade Law
specialization from the prestigious Vietnam National University. He has
extensive experience in business immigration, investment which includes
developing comprehensive business plans for investor and working/investment
visa applications.
Prior to become part of Davies & Associates, Simon worked as an Investment
Consultant. His experience is mainly focused on bank, finance, law on
investment, law on enterprise, accounting and tax, due diligence task,
international money transfer. During his stint as Investment Consultant, he
had liaised and maintained good working relationship with relevant
government offices and agencies in Vietnam, particularly with the Tax
Department, State Bank Vietnam, Vietnam Government, Embassies of UK, USA,
Singapore, India, China, Korea, among others. Simon has helped many clients
from Asia Pacific region (Singapore, Hong Kong, India, etc.) on their
inquiries related to investment plans, working/investment visa and
international transaction regulations.
