EB1(c) Vistos para executivos/gerentes de multinacionais:
EB1(c) é uma forma de proporcionar a gerentes e executivos de empresas multinacionais que estejam empregados em uma empresa de fora dos Estados Unidos a possibilidade de obter um "green card" por meio de uma afiliada ou subsidiária estadunidense da empresa estrangeira. O visto EB1(c) é bastante utilizado por titulares de vistos L1-A para se ajustarem ao status de "Green Card".
Abertura e expansão da sua empresa nos Estados Unidos

Visto E-2
Por uma fração do investimento necessário para uma solicitação de EB5, o visto E-2 visa permita que um investidor funde ou administre uma empresa nos Estados Unidos. Ao contrário, do visto L-1, não há exigência de que titulares de vistos E-2 se transfiram de uma empresa estrangeira relacionada.
Embora vistos E-2 não estejam geralmente disponíveis para brasileiros, a Davies & Associates ajudou clientes brasileiros na obtenção de um E-2 por meio de:
- Obtenção da cidadania italiana
- Aquisição de outros passaportes mediante investimentos
- Casamento com um cidadão de um país do tratado de investidores E-2.
Por uma quantia de até 200 mil dólares e um processo que leva apenas alguns meses, é possível obter um segundo passaporte de um país cujos cidadãos podem obter vistos E-2 do tratado de investidores. Este processo é muitas vezes mais barato do que a aquisição de um visto estadunidense EB-5 para investidores e geralmente resulta em acesso livre de vistos à Europa.
