As a leading advisor to new businesses, Maria has personally overseen every legal aspect related to the formation of corporations and business structures.
She is a Registered Offshore Agent and has handled legal and litigation work for onshore companies in Dubai and its various free trade zones, as well as firms in Seychelles, British Anguilla and Panama. Additionally, she is competent in guiding nascent businesses in expansion strategies with her exhaustive knowledge of marketing.
Maria has also performed extensive research on Italian immigration and residence laws, rules and regulations. She excels in representing high net-worth clients in court cases and arbitration proceedings related to property matters
