Senior Business Immigration SpecialistLinda is a paralegal in our E-2/L-1 processing team. She has extensive experience in business immigration, which includes developing comprehensive business plans for investor and employment-based applications.
Linda has worked as a senior paralegal at Beltran Brito, LLP, in Miami Florida, where she handled employment-based immigration cases relating to EB, L, O, P and E visas. She has also worked as a virtual paralegal supporting employment and family-based immigration cases for law firms across Florida.
Linda received a Master of Business Administration, having studied at St. Thomas University with an International Business Specialization. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Thomas University, as well a diploma in paralegal studies from Ashworth College.
