Mark Joseph Agbuya is the Operations Manager at Davies & Associates. His overall role is to put systems in place necessary to ensure the smooth operational running of the firm and maintain the excellence of our client experience globally.
Based in Makati, Philippines, Mark has 15 years of experience in the industry, with expertise in Operations, People Empowerment, Project Management, and Process Improvement. He studied at the country’s premier institution of higher learning, the University of the Philippines, Diliman, majoring in Statistics.
Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving efficiency and productivity. He has successfully implemented numerous process improvements, resulting in increased profits for his organization. He has been in operations for over a decade, spanning Finance, IT, and Healthcare Industries.
A problem solver by heart, and with a passion for learning, Mark currently has a Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification and is continuously pursuing the course until he earns the Black Belt.
